Having proved its effectiveness in our 2023 randomised control study, we want to improve the health of more people — millions, in fact — with our personalised approach to nutrition.
While some of our ZOE resources are free, like our Science and Nutrition podcast or the Gut Health Guide, our membership comes at a cost.
Our goal for the ZOE Merch Store is to remove that barrier. We’re connecting with healthcare professionals and NHS groups who can distribute ZOE. That means we can help more people on their journey to better health, whatever their circumstances.

How does your apparel fit?
Our sizing is unisex. For a more tailored fit, we recommend that you size down.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
We'll be working with our vendors to expand our operations so that we can bring ZOE merch to more countries in the future. Thank you for understanding - please stay tuned for updates!
When will I get my order?
Your order will ship within 3 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 7 days after shipment.
Can I edit or cancel my order once it’s placed?
You are unable to edit your order once placed, but if you would like to cancel it before it has shipped, please contact zoemerchstore@zoe.com.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for items within 14 days of being received. We are are unable to edit your order once placed. If you would like to cancel your order and replace it with a new one before it has shipped, please contact zoemerchstore@zoe.com.
What if my package never came?
